Neal H. Paster & Associates was established in January, 1988, as the successor to the firm of Paster & Archer, P.C. Our name change to the Law Office of Neal H. Paster occurred after our move from near-downtown Houston to our present location. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of personal injury, professional malpractice, insurance, small business, consumer, criminal, and family law litigation and appellate matters arising therefrom.
Licensed to practice in all Texas State and most area U.S. Federal courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Not certified in any particular area of law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
