Neal H. Paster has practiced law in Texas since 1981. He received his B.A. Degree in Religious Philosophy from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He concentrates in the areas of civil, criminal, and family law litigation and appellate practice resulting therefrom, as well as insurance, consumer, and small business law. Mr. Paster's undergraduate and work experience in engineering, physics, environmental studies, technical writing, and insurance investigation provide him with a unique base of knowledge that complements his legal training and experience. He has tried a multitude of cases in both State and Federal courts, and decisions in a number of his successful appellate cases in both jurisdictions have resulted in significant enhancements and clarifications in laws protecting individual and small business rights.
